General Civil Mediator Fees
:
$130 per hour split between the parties unless they agree otherwise (e.g., if two parties, each pays $65.00 per hour and if three parties, each pays $43.00 per hour).
There is no minimum number of hours or cancellation fee provided the parties notify the mediator at least two hours before the scheduled date and time for mediation. If cancellation occurs on less than two hours’ notice, Ms. Burnett reserves the right to charge a one hour ($130) cancellation fee depending on the reason for the cancellation and the reason for the late notice of cancellation.
